Kappa Delta Sorority

This is the story of my sorority. We’re Kappa Delta. The president? That’s me I’m Mackenzie, and on the bottom is my wonderful council. And our members, the seniors are the oldest then there’s the juniors, sophomores, and our youngest members, the freshman. That’s a grand total of 223, and I’m the president of every one of them. Of course with this many members we do things a little differently, it isn’t always easy but somehow we make it all work!

Event Planning:

Before I was president, I was Vice President - New Member Events. This position gave me the responsibility of planning and executing our Spring 2020 Bid Day which is the day we receive new members. I had a $6000 budget and was in charge of creating a cohesive event while managing over 200 members at the same time. I came up with the theme “Kaydees in the 80’s” which came from 80’s in Aspen inspiration. I ideated all decorations, a color palette, and t-shirt designs and saw everything through fruition.
